Board Moves May 6-11 2016

Castillo Copper has appointed Nicole Fernandes as a non-executive director and Tim Slate as its joint company secretary.

Jack James has resigned as a non-executive director of the company.

Erlyn Dale and Winton Willesee have been appointed as joint company secretaries of Terrain Minerals.

Eumeralla Resources has appointed Nicole Fernandes as a non-executive director and Jack James as joint company secretary. Mr James has resigned from the positon of non-executive director of the company.

Christopher Wallin has been appointed as a non-executive director of Strategic Minerals Corporation. In addition to this, Laif McLoughlin has been appointed as executive chairman of the company.

Scott Brown has been appointed to the board of Kairiki Energy. Mr Brown has held a variety of

senior roles in public companies including Mosaic Oil, Objective Corporation, Turnbull & Partners, Allegiance Mining, FTR Holdings and Garratt's. He has also worked at accounting firms Ernst Young and KPMG.

Scott Robertson has been appointed as a non-executive director of Overland Resources. Mr Robertson is also a director of corporate finance with DJ Carmichael.

Brett Smith has been appointed as a non-executive director of ABM Resources. Mr Smith has over 30 year’s international experience in the engineering, project development and organisational change management.

Andrew Ferguson has stepped down as non-executive director of the company. In addition, Brett Lambert has stepped down as executive director and has turned to the role of chief executive officer of the company.

Chris Stevens, currently Acting CEO, has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Gindalbie Metals.
