Board Moves May 25-26 2016

Anthony M Begovich has resigned as company secretary and chief financial officer of Latin Resources, effective 31 May 2016.

Sarah Smith has been appointed as the new company secretary of the company.

Range Resources’ non-executive director Zhiwei Gu will now assume the role of non-executive chairman at the company.

David Chen has stepped down from the role of chairman of the board Range Resources. Mr Chen will continue as a non-executive director of the company.

In addition, Yan Liu has been re-appointed to the role of executive director and chief executive officer of Range Resources.

Vic Jakovich has resigned as non-executive director of VDM Group.

Jonathan Morley-Kirk, Andrew Wright, and Sergii Budkin have been appointed as director of Nyota Minerals.

On the other hand, Richard Chase, Evan Kirby and Michael Langoulant have resigned as the directors of the company.

Stephen Hills has resigned his position as a director of Tiger Resources. Mr Hill’s ongoing role as a senior member of Tiger’s executive management team will remain unchanged.

Kelly Snyman has been appointed as joint company secretary of Premiere Eastern Energy.
