Dr Richard Hopkins has resigned as chief executive of PharmAust to pursue a senior corporate position in another company. Dr Roger Aston, current executive chair, will become acting chief executive.

Wayne Trumble has joined the board of Caravel Minerals as non-executive director. Mr  Trumble is a senior executive with 35 years of specific industry expertise in mining, electricity, investment and construction.

Chris Thoroughgood has been appointed non-executive director of East Energy Resources. Mr  Thoroughgood is the executive director of hard commodities Australia and New Zealand within the Noble Group, which has entered into an agreement with East Energy Resources that upon the conversion of Noble’s debt into equity, the incumbent officers of East Energy Resources would resign with Noble to appoint officers to fill these vacated roles. As such, Mark Basso-Brusa has resigned as managing director and executive chair with current non-executive director Rex Littlewood taking on those roles. Mr  Basso–Brusa, a founding director, was integral in the formation, creation and development of East Energy Resources since 2007 when it was listed on the ASX.

Julian Rockett has replaced Naomi Dolmatoff as company secretary of BrainChip.

Simon Eley has resigned as non-executive chair of Pura Vida Energy. The company has appointed Bevan Tarratt and Bruce Lane as non-executive chair and non-executive director respectively. Mr  Tarratt has an extensive background in the corporate and financial services industries having worked in various accounting and corporate broking firms for the past 15 years. Mr  Lane has held leadership roles with several ASX-listed companies and significant blue-chip companies in Europe and Australasia, and has experience in a range of industries including resources, consumer & industrial products, and venture capital.

In accordance with the Scheme Implementation Deed between Tox Free Solutions (Toxfree) and Cleanaway, which now holds all of the shares in Toxfree, Bob McKinnon, Stephen Gostlow, Michael Humphris, Katherine Hirschfeld and Richard Allen have resigned from Toxfree's board. The company has since appointed Vik Bansal, Brendan Gill and Dan Last to its board.
