Board Moves March 3-8 2016

Michael van Uffelen has been appointed as a non-executive director of Dragon Energy. Mr van Uffelen is the founder and director of Support Corp.  He has worked extensively with early stage companies and start-ups as director, CEO, CFO, corporate advisor and/or company secretary.

Mr van Uffelen has served as a chief financial officer and company secretary of Dynasty Resources, company secretary for Marenica Energy, chief financial officer of Sprintex, managing director of Black Tourmaline Consulting. He presently serves as company secretary for Anson Resources, Tian Poh Resources.

Mr Weifeng Lee has resigned as a director of Dragon Energy.

Amy Just has resigned as company secretary of 88 Energy.

Nina Abbey has resigned as joint company secretary of Elders. Ms Abbey has also resigned as the head of risk, safety and assurance, to take an operational role in the company.

Sanjeeta Singh has now been appointed joint company secretary of Elders. Ms Singh has held the role of assistant company secretary for the past 6 years and has over 9 years of governance experience within the company.

John Hodder has been appointed as a non-executive director of Regal Resources.

Kong Sze Choon has resigned as an alternative director of United Overseas Australia; alternate for Chee Seng Teo.

Garry Mills, Tony Patrizi and Evan Cranston have been appointed to the board of Primary Gold.

Mr Mills was previously operations manager at Dominion Mining and chief operating officer of Norseman Gold. He is currently the general manager at Northern Star Resources.

Mr Patrizi is a co-founder and executive director of GR Engineering Services.

Mr Cransto is currently chairman of Boss Resources, and a director of Attila Resources, Carbine Resources, Clancy Exploration and Cradle Resources.

Black Ridge Mining chairman Peter R Elliott has passed away after a short illness.
