Board Moves – March 21-24 2016

Boyd Timler has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Medusa Mining. Mr Timler has over 30 years of progressive international mining experience and has most recently served as the chief operating officer of Beadell Resources. Previously, he has also held the position of managing director and general manager at various mine sites.

Lee Chin Cheh has been appointed as a non-executive director of Pan Asia Corporation.

Greg Macmillan has been appointed as interim company secretary of iWebGate replacing Nicki Farley.

Campbell Welch and Venkata R Jata have been appointed to the board of Kairiki Energy as non-executive directors. Joseph Lacson has resigned as a director.

Andrew Ferguson has resigned as a non-executive director of Metals X.

Dominic Traynor has been appointed as a non‐executive director of Spitfire Resources. Mr Traynor is a partner at London‐headquartered legal firm Ronaldsons LLP. He is also a director of Ausinox Plc and ODYE Africa and serves as joint company secretary of Weld Range Metals.

Adam Sierakowski has resigned as non-executive director of ResApp Health.

Darren P Gordon has been appointed to the board of Genesis Minerals as a non-executive director. Mr Gordon is currently managing director of Centaurus Metals and prior to this he was the chief financial officer at Gindalbie Metals.

Damian Delaney has resigned from the board of the company.

Bryce Houghton has been appointed as company secretary of Slater & Gordon in addition to his role as group chief financial officer. Mr Houghton replaces Ms Moana Weir, who has resigned as group general counsel and company secretary of the company.

Peter L Munachen has resigned as chief executive officer and executive director of Norwest Energy, effective March 31, 2016. John Annand will continue in his role as acting CEO until a permanent appointment is made.

Ian Hobson has resigned as company secretary of Department 13. Kevin Kye has been appointed as new company secretary for the company.
