Board Moves March 20, 2017

Doray Minerals has appointed current business development manager, Rod Jacobs, as chief operating officer. Mr  Jacobs replaces Peter Bamford who will be retiring after 5 years as general manager, operations.

Jeffrey Lai has been appointed chief executive of Transaction Solutions International.

Dubber has announced the appointment of Stephe Wilks as non-executive director, and the resignation of Ken Richards from the board.

GME Resources has appointed Peter Huston as non-executive director and Peter R Sullivan as non-executive chair. Michael D Perrott, chair and long-serving director, has resigned from the board.

Millennium Minerals has appointed current general manager, corporate development Peter Cash as chief executive. Mr  Cash replaces Glenn Dovaston, who has resigned from the role.
