Board Moves March 1, 2017

Alex Forcke has resigned as non-executive director of Entek Energy.

Malcolm Cowell has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Goldfields Money following the resignation of Michael Verkuylen.

Kingston Resources has appointed Andrew Paterson as executive director, geology.

Millennium Minerals has appointed current executive director Gregory Bittar as non-executive chair.  Peter Lester has also been appointed non-executive director.

Primary Gold has appointed Garry Mills as managing director.  Mr  Mills joined the board of Primary Gold in 2016 and was its non-executive director.

Dr Geoff Brooke has been appointed chair of Actinogen Medical.

CoAssets has announced several board and management changes. Nicholas Ong will step down as non-executive chair but will remain on the board as a director. Getty Goh, current chief executive and co-founder, will take over the role of chair. Dan Smith is also stepping down as executive director and company secretary, and Tommy Teo as chief financial officer. David Garry has been appointed non-executive director.

Eneabba Gas has announced the retirement of co-founder, Thomas Goh, as non-executive director. Justin Barton has been appointed non-executive director.

Jan Macpherson has been appointed non-executive director of Energy Metals.
