Board Moves June 22, 2017

Gruden Group has announced several changes to it board and management. Warren Barry will step down as executive director but remains in an executive sales position. Terry Butler, who co-founded Blackglass with Mr  Barry, has been appointed executive director.  Current chair Gary Castledine will become non-executive director. Stephen Harrison will move from a non-executive director’s role to become executive chair.

Philippe Guillemaille has been appointed business manager of titanium, a newly created position, with TNG. Mr  Guillemaille is an experienced executive in the global titanium dioxide industry and will join TNG’s expanding development team for the Mount Peake project.

Nicholas Katris has been appointed company secretary of Kibaran Resources. Mr  Katris is the company’s group financial accountant. Robert Hodby is no longer the company secretary but will retain the role of chief financial officer.

Ephraim Resources has appointed Andrew Chan as non-executive director following the resignation of Evan Cross from the role.

Ken Hellsten has retired as non-executive director of Brierty. Current chief executive, Ray Bushnell, has been appointed managing director.

Steven James has resigned as non-executive chair of HotCopper Holdings. Current non-executive director, Alec Pismiris, will become non-executive chair.
