Board Moves June 19, 2017

Paringa Resources has appointed US-based banking and coal executive, Grant Quasha, as managing director and chief executive.  He replaces Todd Hannigan, who will become deputy chair. Anastasios Arima will step down as non-executive director and executive director Tom Todd will take on a non-executive director role.

Phylogica has appointed Stephanie Unwin as chief executive and Dr Robert Hayes chief scientific officer. Ms  Unwin was Phylogica’s non-executive chair and Synergy’s head of strategy and innovation, chief transformation officer, and general manager of commercial and retail business units. Dr  Hayes  has over 18 years of experience in biotechnology research and development. He was head of biologics at Amgen and vice president of Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a Johnson & Johnson company.

Joanna Walker has been appointed interim chief financial officer of Coventry Group, as the company searches for a permanent appointment.
