Board Moves July 31, 2017

John Ribbons has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Manhattan Corporation. Alan Eggers, current executive chair, will be the interim company secretary until a suitable replacement has been appointed.

Douglas Rose has resigned as non-executive director of Oakajee Corporation due to his increasing workload as managing director of EZA Corporation.

Tim Manners has been appointed chief financial officer of Ramelius Resources. He replaces Simon Iacopetta who has resigned after 6 years of service. Mr Iacopetta prefers to remain in Adelaide while the company has decided to relocate the finance team to Perth alongside the operations and exploration teams.

Pancontinental Oil & Gas has appointed Vesna Petrovic, current chief financial officer and company secretary, as alternate director for David Kennedy.

Smart Trans Holdings has made some changes to its board and management teams to facilitate growth of its e-commerce operations in China. Current chief operating officer Brendan Mason has been appointed group managing director; Bryan Carr becomes executive director responsible for business development; highly regarded China market business leader and recently retired AustCham Beijing chair, Tracy Colgan, joins the board as non-executive director; Andrew Forsyth and Greg Simpson have stepped down as non-executive directors.
