Board Moves July 3, 2017

Dr Mark Elliott has been appointed non-executive director of Aruma Resources. Dr  Elliott is a chartered professional geologist with 40 years’ experience in the resources industry. He replaces Ki Keong Chong, who has resigned from the board.

Frank Richmond, founder and executive director of Cirrus Networks, will step down from the board following heart surgery earlier this year and an imminent move overseas. He will continue to play a key role as a consultant to the executive team.

Gerard Bongiorno has been appointed non-executive director of Dubber Corporation. Mr  Bongiorno is the principal and co-CEO of Sapient Capital Partners, a merchant banking operation.

Maurice Feilich has been appointed non-executive director of Black Mountain Resources.  Julian Ford steps down as non-executive chair and chief executive. Current executive director of marketing and sales, Simon Grant-Rennick, will become interim chair.

Tony King has resigned as executive chair of Kabuni. Stuart Carmichael, who has over 20 years of experience in the corporate advisory sector in Australia and internationally, has been appointed non-executive chair.

Kevin Baum, founder and chief executive of Tikforce, will become managing director.  Ian Murie has resigned from the board.

Anthony Reilly, non-executive director of Venturex Resources, will take on an executive role in the interim basis following the recent resignation of managing director John Nitschke.
