Board Moves January 3, 2017

1-Page founder Joanna Riley has stepped down as chief executive to focus on the company’s strategy and business development. Ms  Riley will become president and executive director. Current chief financial officer, Peter Kent, will become chief executive.

Xinyi Zhang has been appointed non-executive director of Cauldron Energy.

Colin Boyan and Craig Sharp have stepped down as executive directors of CVCheck. Mr  Boyan will remain as director of IT and marketing, and Mr  Sharp continues as general counsel.

Kathryn Davies has been appointed non-executive director of Golden Rim Resources.

Dimitri Bacopanos has been appointed independent non-executive director at Threat Protect Australia.

David Edwards has been appointed to Triton Minerals as chief financial officer and company secretary.  Mr  Edwards will replace Paige Exley who will be resigning as company secretary and group financial controller at the end of January.

Alex Duncan-Kemp has been appointed executive director at Artemis Resources.

Steve Formica has been appointed non-executive director of Quest Minerals.

John Cahill has resigned as non-executive director and chair at Toro Energy.  Richard Homsany, current non-executive director, has been appointed executive chair.
