Board Moves February 8, 2018

Cherie Leeden has been appointed vice president of exploration at iCobalt. Ms  Leeden is based in North America, close to the iCobalt projects in Ontario.

As part of ServTech Global’s review of operations and the adoption of a reduced cost structure, Brett Quinn has resigned as its chief executive. The company has appointed Simon Ingleson as general manager, and current company secretary Derek Hall becomes a non-executive director. Mr  Ingleson has extensive experience in the technology and media sectors with a career spanning over 20 years. He held several advisory roles for many ASX-listed technology companies and will ensure that ServTech extracts as much value as possible from its significant back-office support and IT development resources.
