Plymouth Minerals has appointed Ryan Parkin as general manager of corporate development. This is in line with the company’s continued focus on the San Jose lithium-tin deposit and the aim to spearhead ongoing lithium offtake and strategic investor initiatives. Mr  Parkin is a chartered accountant for almost 15 years and has experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and start-ups in the public and private corporate sectors. The company also announces the resignation of Christian Cordier as non-executive director.

Kamarudin bin Baba has been appointed non-executive director of Tap Oil. Mr  Baba has more than 30 years’ experience as a company secretary, in private legal practice and in-house counsel. He is the general counsel of Northern Gulf Petroleum Group (NGP), a subsidiary of Tap Oil, and replaces Frank Sreesangkom as NGP’s nominee director on the board.

Ian Pamensky has replaced Peter Webse as company secretary of Dotz Nano. Mr  Pamensky has more than 22 years of experience in the finance and secretarial sector of SME and ASX-listed entities.

Algae.Tec has appointed Allan Tan as non-executive director, following the resignation of Jonathan Lim due to other business related commitments. Mr  Tan was the alternate director for Mr  Lim. Mr  Tan has more than 22 years of experience as a corporate and regulatory lawyer and is an independent director of 2 companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
