Board Moves February 16, 2017

Medibio has appointed US-based Jack Cosentino as chief executive and managing director. Kris Knauer, former chief executive, will become interim chief financial officer until a permanent appointment has been made.  After which Mr  Knauer will remain on the board as non-executive director.

Geoff Jones has resigned as non-executive director of Energy Metals.

Fraser Range Metals has appointed Tom Bahen as non-executive director.  Ian Prentice has resigned as non-executive director but will be available as technical advisor.

Tech Mpire has appointed Lee Hunter and Mathew Ratty as non-executive directors. Patrick O'Connor, current non-executive director, will resign from the board at the end of February.

John Davidson has been appointed executive director of Carnegie Clean Energy. Mr  Davidson was managing director of Energy Made Clean, which was acquired by Carnegie in December 2016.

George Cameron-Dow has been appointed non-executive director of CVCheck.
