Avenira has appointed Charles Graham as project director of the Baobab Expansion and Upgrade investment project at its Phosphate Project in the Republic of Senegal. Mr  Graham has over 15 years of experience as a project manager delivering mining and infrastructure projects.

Kim Clark has replaced Julian Rockett as company secretary of BrainChip Holdings. Ms  Clark has over 21 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, and more than 10 years of experience as a company secretary to several ASX-listed companies.

Mark Faul has resigned as non-executive director of Prodigy Gold. Pacific Road Capital, Prodigy’s largest shareholder, has appointed Michael Stirzaker as the nominee director replacing Mr  Faul. Mr  Stirzaker has over 30 years of commercial experience, mainly in mining finance and mining investment.

Domenico Francese is no longer the joint company secretary of Ramelius Resources following the company’s closure of its Adelaide office. Richard Jones will be the sole company secretary.

Guo Fu Zu has resigned as chief executive of Stone Resources Australia.

Tempo Australia has appointed current chief financial officer and company secretary, Scott Macdonald, as interim director while the company is in the process of identifying new directors and appointing a chairman.

Damon Sweeny, chief financial officer of Thred, has resigned as company secretary. Current non-executive director Joe Graziano will take on additional responsibilities as company secretary.

Gianmarco Orgnoni has been appointed non-executive director of Tikforce following the resignation of Duncan Anderson. Mr  Orgnoni has skills extending across corporate finance, investment banking and research analysis.
