ResApp Health, a digital health company developing smartphone applications for the diagnosis and management of respiratory disease has appointed Nathan Buzza as non-executive director. Mr  Buzza was the founder of Commtech Wireless, a highly successful clinical middleware provider with offices in Australia, US, Europe and Asia. Brian Leedman, ResApp Health’s co-founder, will resign from the board but remains as the company's vice president of corporate affairs.

DroneShield has announced the resignation of Dr Samantha Ravich as non-executive director, and the appointment of Bradley Buswell as her replacement. Mr  Buswell, based in Washington DC, has extensive experience leading businesses and US government agencies.

Neil Warburton has retired as non-executive director of Australian Mines due to increasing demands from other business commitments. He has served on the board since 2003. The company has appointed Oliver Carton as company secretary in view of increased commercial activities planned for 2018.

Gordon Dunbar has retired as non-executive director of Gascoyne Resources. Mr  Dunbar was appointed managing director since its listing from late 2009 to March 2011 before assuming the role as a non-executive director.

Trevor Woolfe will stand down as managing director of Oro Verde in order to focus on his consultancy business. He joined the company in 2014 and will continue to assist in a consulting role. Douglas Bright, an accomplished geologist, has been appointed interim CEO from 1 January 2018. Mr  Bright was a founding director and non-executive chair of Argentina Mining, a company established to develop five Cu-Au porphyry and vein project areas in San Juan Province, Argentina.

Peter Harold has resigned as non-executive chair of Peak Resources. Current non-executive director Jonathan Murray will become interim chair whilst the company searches for a suitable replacement.
