RMA Energy has appointed Jun Lyu and Ying Liu as non-executive director and non-executive chair respectively. They are currently directors of the development department at China Railway Resources Group. Mr DeBao Mao will step down as chair and assume the role of non-executive director until December 20. Mr WeiHong Qin has resigned as non-executive director.
Experienced mining executive Peter Watson has joined the executive management team of Strandline Resources and will be responsible for supporting the business through the funding and development phase of various projects. Mr Watson is a chemical engineer with more than 34 years of experience in the global resources sector.
