Board Moves December 1, 2016

Kent Hunter, founding director of Cazaly Resources, has resigned as non-executive director. Terry Gardiner has been appointed as non-executive director.

Steve Scudamore has been appointed to the board of Australis Oil and Gas as non-executive director.

Sam Smart has replaced Sophie Raven as company secretary of Cradle Resources.

Andrew Tacey has resigned as executive director of Kresta Holdings. Sean Shwe, previously an executive director of Kresta, has been appointed non-executive director. Neil Perkins has been appointed chief financial officer and will continue as company secretary.

Henry Kennedy will step down as chairman of Pancontinental Oil & Gas, but will remain as non-executive director. Fellow director John Leach will take over as chairman.

Sumatra Copper & Gold has appointed Andy Robb as non-executive director.

Geopacific Resources has appointed Matthew Smith as chief financial officer and company secretary.

Nuheara has appointed Jean-Marie Rudd as joint company secretary. Mrs Rudd is currently the company’s chief financial officer.
