Wayne Reid has resigned as non-executive deputy chair, and Tim Slate has resigned as non-executive director and company secretary of Premiere Eastern Energy.
Intiger Group has appointed Lavan’s lead partner of corporate services, Tony Chong, as non-executive director. He replaces Mathew Walker who is stepping down to pursue other commercial activities.
Paul Jago has been appointed chief executive of Kingsrose Mining. Mr Jago is a mining engineer with over 20 years of operational and management experience across a diverse range of operations and commodities in Australia and overseas.
Krakatoa Resources has appointed current company secretary David Palumbo as non-executive director. He replaces Aryo Bimo, who has resigned from the board.
