Board Moves August 4, 2017

Amber Stanton has been appointed general counsel and company secretary of Resolute Mining. Ms  Stanton is an experienced lawyer who has been a partner at two international law firms and was the West Australian winner of the 2011 Telstra Business Women's award (Corporate and Private Sector). She replaces long serving company secretary Greg Fitzgerald, who has stepped down after being with the company for 21 years.

Kairos Minerals advises that founding managing director Joshua Wellisch has resigned to pursue other business interests. The company has appointed current executive director, Terry Topping, as executive chair and chief executive. It has also appointed highly experienced mining executive Bruno Seneque as non-executive director.

Asimwe Kabunga will move from a non-executive director’s role to become non-executive chair of Volt Resources. He replaces Stephen Hunt who will remain on the board as non-executive director.
