Board Moves August 27, 2018

Experienced biotech and pharmaceuticals professional, Dr Nina Webster, has been appointed chief executive and managing director of Dimerix. Dr  Webster has more than 12 years of senior executive experience, including leading investor relations and business development activities in biotech companies, in a career that spans over 25 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Kathy Harrison will move into the newly created role of chief operating officer.

Mark Wilson has been appointed chief financial officer of Mineral Resources. Mr  Wilson is an experienced senior executive with a strong track record of developing and implementing business strategies, balance sheet management, organisational design, project management, and transaction execution. Current inaugural chief financial officer and company secretary, Bruce Goulds, will take a leave of absence to focus on his recovery from health-related issues before formally retiring in December 2018. Simon Rushton will continue as company secretary.
