Stephen Buckley has been appointed company secretary of Intiger Group following the resignation of Sonu Cheema. Mr  Buckley has more than 35 years of experience in financial markets and is the managing director of a company specialising in providing company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services.

Race Oncology has appointed US-based Dr John Cullity as non-executive director. Dr  Cullity has a Master of Science and an MBA, and has consulted to the World Health Organisation and the World Bank. He replaces Brendan de Kauwe who has been a director since the founding of the company.

Huang Cheng Li has joined the board of Image Resources as non-executive director. Mr  Li is an investor from Taiwan, and has more than 30 years of experience investing in various industries ranging from general merchandising, precious stones and certification businesses.

Nuheara has made several senior employee sales appointments in North America and Asia. Denmark-based Joel Beilin is chief advisor, audiology; US-based Bruce Borenstein is chief advisor, consumer electronics having previously been the company’s global vice president of sales; Canada-based David Racicot is sales director, Americas; and Singapore-based Renny Ng is business development, Asia.

Geoff Pocock has resigned as managing director of Hazer Group. Current chief operating officer Mark Edwards will become interim chief executive until a new managing director has been appointed. Terry Walsh will also be stepping down as non-executive director due to other board commitments but will remain at Hazer in a business development capacity on a part-time basis.

Andrea Betti has been appointed joint company secretary of Paladin Energy. Ms  Betti has over 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate governance, finance and corporate banking.
