WHAT? ~ Covocate provides algorithm-based candidate screening services for companies seeking to hire new staff.

The service claims it can identify the best recruits based on how they fit within the organisation.

Research has shown this approach can work much better at the early stages than relying on resumes and cover letters.

Early growth has been promising and the company is expanding its sales teams in Asia and America. Mr Harlock won a Startup Weekend in Perth earlier this year.
