Aigle Royal Developments has added a southern suburbs landholding to its portfolio, purchasing a 15.1-hectare tract of land in Baldivis for $10.3 million.

The land is located at 311 Fifty Road, opposite the Baldivis Primary School near the intersection of Eighty Road.

It also adjoins an existing subdivision by Spatial Property Group and a future Peet estate.

A recently approved structure plan allows for the development of around 200 lots as well as a neighbourhood shopping centre.

The sale was brokered by CBRE’s Ryan McGinnity and Michael Milne on behalf of the Estate of GDR Lilburne.

Aigle Royal Developments general manager Brad Brashaw said the land represented an outstanding opportunity to grow the developer’s portfolio.

“With several other land developments under way in Baldivis at present, this property is at the perfect stage of the approval process and provides our group with an opportunity to deliver a high quality, affordable estate in one of Perth’s highest growth areas,” Mr Brashaw said.
