Jean-Marie Rudd

Jean-Marie Rudd is an accomplished senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector and professional services, including almost 10 years as chief financial officer and company secretary in ASX listed companies. She held senior leadership roles at Integrated Legal Holdings Group, ThinkSmart, the Heytesbury Group, and national law firm Minter Ellison. Mrs Rudd is a graduate of Curtin University, a Chartered Accountant, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
