Ivan Gustavino

Ivan Gustavino is a seasoned technology industry executive and corporate advisor. He has over 25 years of experience in technology companies including vast experience in leading, advising and investing in high growth technology businesses. Mr Gustavino also has extensive experience in deal making and advising technology investors and businesses at board level on a range of matters including business strategy, growth and M&A transactions. He is a recognised leader in software technology entrepreneurship in Australia and a highly regarded authority in business strategy, corporate transactions and in the marketing of emerging technologies. Mr Gustavino is an independent non-executive director with ASX-listed Imdex, which provides leading mining technology to enhance the productivity and efficiency of its clients’ operations. He is the managing director of Atrico, a mid-market corporate advisory firm focused on technology driven companies. Mr Gustavino was chair of Optimatics LLC where he was instrumental in restructuring the company to become a global software leader for water infrastructure and systems, led three separate rounds of capital raisings internationally, and successfully transitioned the business to a Software as a Service (SaaS) revenue model. He was also a co-founding shareholder and director of Surpac Software, the leading international GMP (geology and mine planning) software technology company known as Dassault Systémes GEOVIA. Mr Gustavino has a Bachelor of Business (Information Processing) from Curtin University of Technology.
