Kimberley Metals Group has purchased a vacant office building on Adelaide Terrace for $12.89 million, close to two decades on from when it last changed hands.
The iron ore developer has purchased a four-storey building at 228 Adelaide Terrace from 228 DJM Pty Ltd.
Australian Securities and Investments Commission records show that Malcolm and Donald Mac Cormick, of Applecross and Burswood respectively, are the joint shareholders of 228 DJM.
