With extensive recruitment industry experience in the United Kingdom and in Australia throughout WA, VIC, NSW and QLD and strong knowledge of the Western Australian employment market, Kurt Gillam has recently joined Perth's Alliance Recruitment (a division of Clarius Group) after 5 years with The SKILLED Group where he held a number of roles with a start up division called PeopleCo.

Kurt will oversee Alliance Recruitment in WA with a view of maintaining many strong and long term client relationships whilst expanding the operations to have more specialist people dealing with specialist roles. This will include both Corporate Services and Financial Services divisions as they operate in the rest of Australia.

With a background in 'generalist' recruitment of temporary and permanent employees, Kurt was responsible for creating the Western Australian arm of PeopleCo. by opening 6 start-up branches into the metro area and later held roles as State Manager for both Victoria and Western Australia before moving into a National Sales Manager role to work closely with clients and branch staff in all states across Australia.

Kurt's recruitment career began whilst living abroad in the United Kingdom and has been involved in all levels of recruitment in a variety of sectors during the past 8 years.
