Mr Alex Tan has been involved in numerous capital raising transactions in Singapore over the years. Ms Teo Yi Jing, Partner, Rajah & Tann, Advocates & Solicitors, Singapore

Yi Jing has been practising as a corporate lawyer since she was called to the bar in 2003. She has been practising mainly in the area of corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.

These services require extensive management and coordination with various overseas Deloitte offices due to the cross border reporting arrangement.
