Reiwa members reported an increase in weekly sales to 582 this week.
The overall 8 per cent increase in sales over the week is attributed to a 9 per cent increase in sales for houses and 28 per cent for vacant land.
However, sales for units decreased by 7 per cent over the week.
Total properties listed for sale recorded no change in percentage terms at 14,374.
Listings for units increased 2 per cent, while house listings remain unchanged in percentage terms over the week. On the other hand, vacant land listings have experienced a marginal decrease of 1 per cent.
The total number of listings recorded this week is 2 per cent lower than four weeks ago but is 4 per cent higher than the same time last year.
Turning to the rental market, Reiwa members reported total properties available for rent increased by a marginal 1 per cent over the week to 11,507.
This is 4 per cent higher than levels seen four weeks ago and 34 per cent higher than the same time last year.
