I cannot understand the need for so called "high density" housing so far from industrial or commerce areas. The recent Peet development in this area has cleared so many acres of pristine bush land, needlessly. The Stockland development right next to it has followed the same path. So far out of the Metro area these money hungry developers should be offering larger block sizes than the paltry 650sqm ( largest ) for people to enjoy the surroundings out of the hassle and bustle of suburbia!! The developers are keeping land at inflated costs as they try to keep profit margins on developments in the 100+% bracket. It's time landcorp started working for the tax payer as it should, not the developers.
