Peppermint Grove most expensive suburb

The average price of a home in Peppermint Grove was $2.47 million during 2008-09, having risen 95.1 per cent in four years according to the latest figures from the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

The ABS has released its National Regional Profiles which show that the cost of a house in neighbouring Mosman Park had risen 210 per cent since 2004-05 from $508,200 to $1.58 million in 2008-09.
