Imdex to buy ADS for $12m
Drilling fluids and instruments supplier Imdex has announced it will acquire fluids and chemicals manufacturer Australian Drilling Specialties for scrip and cash totalling $12 million.
Imdex said it would pay $6 million cash and issue $6 million in Imdex shares valued at the five-day volume weighted average price prior to the acquisition's completion.
