Rick Crabb has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Ashburton Minerals NL following the resignation of Charles MacKinnon from the Board of Directors.
Tony LeMessurier and Peter Hinchy have been appointed as Directors of Foundation Healthcare Limited.
Neville Wran has resigned as Director of FTR Holdings Ltd.
Steve Dixon has been appointed as Managing Director of Flexi Property Fund to succeed Nic Lyons, who will shortly take up a position of CEO of General Property Trust.
Anthony Kiernan and Peter Clayton have been appointed as Directors of Intercontinental Gold & Minerals NL. Mr Kiernan has been elected as Chairman of the Board. In addition, Graham Miller has resigned as Director of the Company.
