The chairman of Perth-based Carrick Gold, Frank Carr, has died.
The executive chairman of Perth-based Carrick Gold, Frank Carr, has died.
The company has released a short statement saying Mr Carr passed away on Sunday after a short illness.
"The directors, managements and staff extend their condolences to Mrs Susan Carr and the other members of the Carr family," the statement said.
Mr Carr was also the executive chairman of Telezon.
He was a company director for over 30 years and in 1985 was joint founder and director of Mini Skips.
Mr Carr founded Carrick Gold in May 2002. It listed on the stock exchange in January 2005.
Carrick Gold shares were down 4 cents to 49 cents at 1350WST.
Telezon shares were steady at 80 cents.
