Areas that will be covered during the seminar include should your client sell the entity or sell the business from within the entity; how you can maximise the benefits of the CGT concessions; does GST apply to the purchase/sale; what happens if the consideration is payable in instalments or based on performance clauses; and how will the consolidations regime impact on the decisions of the vendor or purchaser.

The price also includes a toolkit that contains a copy of the seminar checklists, work papers and a mini presentation kit that is an essential resource for addressing the issues clients will encounter when buying and selling a business.
