Board Moves November 11, 2020

American Rare Earths has appointed of Keith Middleton as managing director. Mr Middleton, an experienced corporate advisor and director of ASX-listed companies specialising in the Australian and international resources sector, was appointed a non-executive director in March 2020 and became an executive director in May.

Neil Hackett, non-executive director of Calima Energy since July 2012, has resigned from the board.

As part of MMA Offshore’s board renewal program, Andrew Edwards will retire as non-executive chair at the AGM in January 2021. Mr Edwards has been on the board for just under 11 years. Non-executive director Ian Macliver has been designated chair-elect.
