Chaney heads advisory council

Michael Chaney has been appointed as chair of a new International Education Advisory Council to advise the Australian government in developing a new long-term strategy for the international education sector. Mr Chaney is currently chairman of Woodside Petroleum and the National Australia Bank, as well as chancellor of the University of Western Australia. Former WA premier Geoff Gallop has also been appointed as a member of the advisory council.
