Altegra Property Group has cut the price on a pair of office units in Clarkson, in order to attract an owner-occupier or investors.
The group’s director of sales and leasing, Anthony Morabito, said the units, located on Caloundra Road, would be ideally suited as offices or medical suites.
The properties have 237 square metres and 337sqm of net lettable area, respectively.
“Both are high quality builds with lots of natural light, easterly outlooks and ample parking,” Mr Morabito said.
He said Altegra had cut the asking price to $4,500/sqm, equating to $1.06 million for the 237sqm unit, and $1.5 million for the other office unit.
“We’ve recently reduced the price on these units quite significantly because we’re looking to attract some serious buyers or investors,” Mr Morabito said.
“Over the past 10 years has experienced population of 9.2 per cent, so there’s an increasing demand for services in the area.
“By comparison, over the same period, the rest the Perth metropolitan area had grown 8.2 per cent.
“The sale of these units presents a great opportunity to buy somewhere that’s going to experience considerable growth.”
