Oil and gas explorer African Petroleum has announced plans to list its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange.
The company is currently listed on the National Stock Exchange of Australia and will de-list its shares once admitted to the ASX.
Chairman Frank Timis said the company would keep shareholders informed of any further developments.
African Petroleum’s suite of assets includes exploration blocks off the coasts of Cote d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Liberia, Senegal and Sierra Leone.
