Knight Frank has been appointed to sell the office building at 47 Ord Street, with the property expected to appeal to owner-occupiers as well as investors.
The two-level, 675 square metre building has significant redevelopment potential, with access from the side and the rear.
Knight Frank director Tony Delich said there were very few buildings available in West Perth where small owners or tenants could occupy the entire building.
Tenants at 47 Ord Street include CAD Innovations, Ellis Drafting & Graphics and Perfect Copy on the ground level, as well as Black Ridge, Acebrook Corporation, and Magna Mining on level two.
All the leases are up in December.
The building is currently owned by privately held firm Fiji Holdings, which is directed by Vladimir Nikolaenko.
Fiji Holdings purchased the building in 1996 for $830,000.
An offers to purchase campaign closes at the end of the month.
