Melanie Williams
Melanie Williams has been the head of legal, corporate and compliance at South32 since August 2015. She was also its joint company secretary from August 2016 to October 2020.
Prior to South 32, Ms Williams spent over 4 years as general counsel and company secretary of Tap Oil, and a counsel with an international law firm based in Singapore specialising in oil and gas transactions, particularly in the Asian region.
